3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, Fourthwave.in will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges paid during checkout are generally non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take up to 10-15 days
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account

6. Exchange Policy
We currently DO NOT offer exchanges.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [1 DAY] of delivery.

- Description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, customers may initiate a return after delivery, subject to eligibility criteria.
